At KKachi Kali, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting and packing every piece. If you need an exchange, please read our policy below.
Quality of Colours
While we make every effort to showcase true product colours, slight variations may occur because of lighting, photography, and individual screen displays. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions before confirming your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only if:
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn. Item must pass quality inspection upon return; Approval is subject to verification.
- The item is in its original condition with bill and packaging intact.
- The product has no stains, damages, or alterations.
Conditions of Exchange
- Due to hygiene and exclusivity, some items may not be eligible for exchange.
- Once an order is exchange no further exchanges are allowed.
- Returned exchanged items will receive a 10 day credit note only.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and can be reshipped at an additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
No Refunds
THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY, ONCE THE ORDER IS BOOKED. HENCE, ONLY A ONE TIME EXCHANGE IS PERMITTED AS PER THIS POLICY.
